Open Letter to Online Creators: Help Yourself Before You Help Others

How can you help other people online when you haven’t even helped yourself offline?

Countless sapiens desire online platforms with large audiences. So they hustle to grow their likes, loves, comments, shares, and follows. Mostly to make money helping others build their dreams.

But how can these online creators fully help others when they don’t always like or love themselves all the way?

Years ago, I made a documentary that went viral on YouTube. I shared my research and it brought me more likes, loves, comments, shares, follows, and attention than I ever expected. Of course, it was a dream come true until it became a nightmare.

My overnight audience wanted more than I could give.

They screamed for more answers, more truths, more theories, more videos, and more me. That’s when I realized that I didn’t even know my own dimensions all the way. So I turned down podcast interviews, sat on hundreds of emails, and chose to work on me, myself, and I.

Now it’s early 2022 and I’m still finalizing my best-Self to share with the world so I can help them grow.

I contend online creators should seek peace inside before they hustle to hit it “big” outside. Of course, that doesn’t mean the end of the publication game. I’m still creating and sharing, but the core goal is to help my innerverse because that’s how I’ll eventually help others expand their universe.

I encourage you to do the same.
